President Obama has fulfilled his constitutional duty to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court, nominating Merrick Garland, the chief judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. He's had an impressive legal career, and his nomination should be taken seriously.

These leaders are jeopardizing Americans' fundamental rights. There's too much at stake for women's health right now to play politics with a court vacancy.
Add your name to tell GOP senators to do their jobs and hold hearings and an up-or-down vote on Judge Merrick Garland.
